Chilling the state (CPS in this case) lies with impunity, families are deprived of their members and the miniscule chance of providence this case got corrected. Grandparents have admirably stood in for unfit mothers forever and the state thwarts the law by lieing? Firings are due.

And who the heck is being graced with babies in this case? What agendas are afoot with CPS that were implicit in their placement policies?

If CPS can lie to a judge with no recourse, what about other agencies? DOE? DFW? Fill in the blank. Seriously, how come a new law is needed to back up expectations of honesty in our government? It should be fully expected.

Thanks for Senator Roach for doing something about this problem. Let’s hope honesty comes back in style in our government.

  2. Rain F. says:

I have had so many lies in my case that there may be not much hope in getting my kid back. I really want to find out what this new law is. Cps really doesn’t have accountability to not break the law, and if there is a way to hold them accountable they are doing a good job of hiding it.

  3. Marie Sandman says:

Thank God for senator Roach and anyone else that will bring laws to stop dss and their people from lying and making horrible decisions and destroying families for their own benefit. They are not God and should stop acting like they are, and lying in court for their actions as they are now involved in a court action for what they have done. They should all be fired and the state should hire honest people that will carry out the law as it is supposed to and not let these people be involved in any more of their unscrupulous ways. They have destroyed too many lives and they should have to pay for it with job loss and what ever decides for them.
