The evidence is clear the criminals created a case whereby they could destroy those they personally disliked. It doesn’t take an expert, though one at great cost was provided to Judge Lori K. Smith that the whole interview was “worthless.” That the officer, that is, Detective McCall, of Enumclaw Washington presented every thought “first” was very useful to King County Courts.

The complete narrative, word-for-word was planted as any corrupt cop plants drugs to frame someone.

Translation: in spite of all the evidence for a hate crime, this is against a Christian Church ran by Timothy Williams and we can pull the emotional strings of a jury to lynch a guilty verdict. The accuser is cute, the accuser can baby-talk, the accuser can look vulnerable, the False Accuser is a great little actor having been coached by Athena Dean Holtz so let us manipulate the jury without evidence of guilt. All that has to be done is to cover-up and block the evidence for the hate crime. And that is exactly what happened.

Enumclaw Detective Grant McCall planted, gave, instructed, guided, manipulated, led, gave, put in the accuser’s mouth every-single-piece-of-accusation. Those are the facts. Typical of Detective McCall’s methods for making any statement, which is to state something quick, short and leave out details that provide context. To read or listen to the transcript as Detective McCall and the Accuser sat alone for the “interview” is to behold in condensed form operating procedures within the Prosecutors Office. This is but proof that every conviction Dan Satterberg’s, er, leadership achieves – it must be called into question by seeking the truth.

The Script

Enumclaw Detective Grant McCall scripted out the accusation for the, as Dan Satterberg puts it, a “believable” actor to accuse Timothy Williams, through Malcolm Fraser so that the church could no longer meet.  The reason the whole King County Sexual Assault Unit did nothing was because it is all about acting believably and Dan Satterberg already had his “believable” actor to accuse. There just wasn’t any need for further acting lessons or a quest for evidence.

The reason Prosecutor Rich Anderson and Lisa Johnson had zero problems with Enumclaw Detective Grant McCall’s setup, direct planting of accusations was because Enumclaw Detective Grant McCall knew this is how it is done at the King County Courts. Fact is, Prosecutor Dan Satterberg, Prosecutor Mark Larson, Prosecutor Rich Anderson, Prosecutor Jason Simmons, Prosecutor Lisa Johnson had no problems with Enumclaw Detective Grant McCall’s methods they also protected and harbored this horrendous cover-up of evidence. This was a concocted crime, a work of fiction, that did not, and does not, resembles any correlation to facts or evidence.

But what can you expect from Athena Dean Holtz? While Ms. Holtz refused to do her job at Winepress publishing, she did insist on reading every single book of fiction. If there is one thing Athena Dean Holtz understands, it is how to create a work of fictional lies. Ms. Holtz also reads God’s will in fortune cookies so it is natural that Enumclaw Detective and Athena Dean Holtz (she sat outside Enumclaw Police Station) while the script was read to the False Accuser.

Timothy Williams never testified but in the last 3 minutes of the trial Prosecutor Mark Larson and team went for throat of anything associated with Timothy Williams. This was exactly what Athena Dean Holtz marketed hate crime goal was, what Enumclaw Detective Grant McCall set into motion to force is Bible “version” upon a church he considered evil and what “humble” Prosecutor Dan Satterberg’s anti-Christian actions are well known for sought to make happen. Malicious prosecution is not an adequate word to describe the actions of these renegade officials.

Athena Dean Holtz gave Enumclaw Detective Grant McCall what he wanted, Detective Grant McCall gave Satterberg’s office the style of trial they like and the appeals court provided the darkness to hide it all.

This is why Prosecutor Mark Seaver in his written response to the appeals courted warned the judges to reject a new trial because everyone wanted to examine what Detective Grant McCall and the prosecutor’s office did.

As Judge Susan Craighead states they are beholden-ed to Dan Satterberg’s office to defend them when their rulings are called into question.  No wonder Judge Susan Craighead wrote that a judge being called into question is “not particularly painful” and “get resolved by a motion to dismiss” from a ruling by a fellow judge that is, again, protected by Dan Satterberg.
