Court Records clearly demonstrate that Enumclaw Detective Grant McCall filed a false crime report to set up a church that he opposed and had vilified for over a decade. The conspiracy between Detective Grant McCall and Athena Dean Holtz created a hot-bed-mob of a hate crime designed to destroy a church they both opposed. Liars were encouraged to lie, accusations scripted out with every slander, evil-suspicions, gossip and piece of inflammatory hatred used along with the heavy hand of Seattle’s King County legal corruptions to destroy Timothy Williams.

This is just too stupid for belief, but it is true – prosecutors did nothing to stop the hate crime.
In 2011, Athena Dean Holtz marketed a hate crime to destroy Timothy Williams.
The word “marketed” is far too weak a word. It was an on-onslaught of a hate crime. The trial mentioned here is only a small fraction of the sum, a mere .1% of events that were directed at Timothy Williams.
Athena Dean Holtz focused an array of troubles, with varying attacks and relentless crimes from all angles, back-to-back with vastly varying weapons and methods of destruction at Timothy Williams. It was an attack to the front, rear, both sides, from with-in and with-out.
As one person, who observed a fraction, stated, “If only one of these things were happening to me, I would be a basket case.” And this person only saw a few of the ravenous tearing of Athena Dean Holtz at the time.
The very nature of writing it down gives an appearance of not-so-bad. Nothing could be further from the truth. Indeed, for the hate crime to jump into the realm of believable, I am forced to tone it down for the reader.
Providing context for the reader is to force the events into a clean series of events that did not exist at the time. Attempt to write a paper on a hurricane and the reader will have an idea of the difficulty.
Athena Dean Holtz knew it would take a rabid attack, with full foaming of the mouth, employing every method, including government agencies and religious organizations, to bring down Timothy Williams.
This hate crime was out-of-the-mind rabid mad, and that is why there is so much evidence on hand. Many, many individuals not only did not perform due diligence but actively supported the hate crime because Athena Dean Holtz “marketed” to them. It became, literally, for months on end, a 24/7 endeavor, just to record everything Athena Dean Holtz was targeting through others at Mr. Williams. Let alone the energy, time and effort that were required to defend the truth.
Gave Any and Everyone
Athena Dean Holtz gave everyone, within the government, on the internet, about the town of Enumclaw, throughout the United States – even overseas, a reason to help target Timothy Williams. In the process of the hate crime, Carla Williams died, Winepress Publishing, Sound Doctrine Church, Salt Shaker Christian Bookstore and a vast deal more were destroyed.
Prosecutor Dan Satterberg of King County Washington, in a written letter, specifically assigned Prosecutor Mark Larson and Team to the hate crime of Athena Dean Holtz.
Prosecutor Dan Satterberg refused, even obstructed every attempt and call for an investigation into the hate crime of Ms. Dean.
Prosecutor Dan Satterberg wrote on his personal letterhead that he was assigning Prosecutor Mark Larson, Prosecutor Rich Anderson, Prosecutor Jason Simmons and Prosecutor Lisa Johnson to this situation.
Athena’s Last Letter
King County Prosecutors Employed a person who listens to “God” through fortune cookies.
2011 Athena Dean Holtz set out to destroy anything associated with Timothy Williams because, as she wrote in her last letter to Mr. Williams, she was tired of struggling against her sins. (See Last Letter)
Timothy Williams, as written by Athena Dean Holtz, was the only person who has successfully stood against her crimes and sins. Ms. Holtz stated the only way she can have any sense of peace is by attacking Timothy Williams.

It was her lifelong struggle to overcome these sins and when Ms. Holtz gave up, she focused her attention on the one person that shamed her.
Enumclaw Detective McCall
Athena Dean Holtz, when no other lies had achieved her end-goal, a testament to the quality Timothy Williams had set as a foundation, she enlisted Enumclaw Detective Grant McCall.

Finally, in a desperate attempt, after Ms. Holtz, having met with King County Prosecutors a year before, figured out that what she needed was a False Accuser concerning abuse. Athena Dean Holtz, long before her association with Timothy Williams, had committed a Charity Trash Bag fraud. The skills of hard work, truth and effort Ms. Holtz gained from Timothy Williams, were turned back in an attack.

The Supreme Court had just given an opinion that remaining silent can be proof of guilt. So Enumclaw Detective Grant McCall shouted loudly, with Athena Dean Holtz spreading it far and wide through-out the channels of marketing she had been creating for more than a year that Enumclaw Detective Grant McCall could tell Malcolm Fraser, ie, Timothy Williams’ church was guilty by the silence and just looking at Mr. Fraser. King County Prosecutors picked up the slimeball from there. The proof of this Athena Dean Holtz hate crime was all so what to Prosecutor Mark Larson and advantage to Enumclaw Detective’s version of the Bible to go after Sound Doctrine Church, ie, Timothy Williams. And so it went.
- Washington State, King County Judge Lori K. Smith and Prosecutor Lisa Johnson of Prosecutor Mark Larson Team did not even attempt to produce one factual aspect or expert witness in this prosecution. No proof of house layout. No proof that no one heard screams night after night. No proof on dates. No expert witness on the physical characteristics of the accused.
Not One Evidence
Not one-single-factual, evidential piece of testimony was presented in King County Courts of Washington State by Lisa Johnson and the Team of Prosecutor Mark Larson with Judge Lori K. Smith. There was nothing to re-butt from the prosecution of a factual nature because King County Prosecutors didn’t present any hard evidence. Zero. (I video recorded 99% of the lynching and have an official transcript of the trial.) Again, zero evidence.
What King Prosecutors did do, with great zeal, blocked, undermined and destroyed any investigation into the facts of the hate crimes. This explains why Prosecutor Jason Simmons, with Judge Lori K. Smith asked potential juries who believed in evidence to leave the jury pool.
Trials without evidence, impossible, inflamed slander called “testimony”, contradictory testimony, “worthless” Enumclaw Detective Grant McCall “interview”, …and so it went. So twisted was the trial that Prosecutors and Judge violated their oath of office.
Bonus: Ask me sometime why the Team of Mark Larson, Prosecutor Jason Simmons and Rich Anderson, got in gear with finally going to trial. Hint: Enumclaw Detective Grant McCall.

Evidence demonstrates that facts have nothing to do with winning prosecutions in the King County Courthouse of Washington State. Lawmakers, Judges and Bar Associations are catering to the mob and justice is being corrupted at an alarming rate.

To answer the question as to why would these individuals testify thus – why not, liars are never prosecuted and if the lie fits Police and Prosecutors they will harbor it as their own.
The Washington State Supreme Court, working with the Washington State Bar Association have thrown the unconstitutional and illegal weight of the law upon religious matters thus creating a foul plume of state-sanctioned hate crimes. Sound Doctrine Church, WinePress Publishing, Salt Shaker Christian bookstore, anything associated with Timothy Williams was the first plume of hate rising up from the trashed constitutional law in Washington State against a conservative Christian.
This is why the False Accuser, False Accuser’s Mother, False Accuser’s Family Member(s) were enlivened to mock Prosecutor Nicole Weston on hate crime photo theft day. All understood what Enumclaw Official’s bragged about, i.e., only gays and minorities receive rights or a measure of any justice from the Washington State Bar Association, King Prosecutors Office or the Washington State Supreme Court.
Facts are, as one will see here, the King County Prosecutor’s Office is fixated on their feelings as the only required motivation for a prosecution. Athena Dean Holtz and gang would have found it impossible to facilitate the hate crime if this were not so. Athena Dean Holtz, by her own admission, is a master manipulator and only brings out what is present within a system or person’s character.
Blocked Investigation / Rubber Hose
King County Prosecutors blocked investigations for evidence, enhanced Athena Dean Holtz and gang hate crime activities thus inviting lairs and lies to come forward and testify. The hate crime not only bullied up lynch-mob activities but King County Prosecutors rubber hosed those who dare attempted to tell the truth. The destruction, intimidate and inflamed hatred has destroyed a solid foundation of good.
Since the hate crime had been marketed long before the events at the King County Prosecutor’s Office there was a rich resource of lies to draw from – and drink dip from the well of slander they did. There is nothing more contentious these days than religion and politics. It was from this hostile foundation that the hate crime was laid and the King County Courts began their failure to protect the truth.
Lies so exaggerated as, when compared to facts of evidence as to make this prosecution absurd in the extreme. Individuals were invited and instructed to prosecute for their beliefs against a church that King County Courts could vilify for selfish gain. Beliefs and concepts they did not understand, nor attempt to even comprehend.
Behaving like brute beasts every injustice, twisting of laws and procedures were applied because they did not want to understand and nothing would be gained for themselves by getting at the truth. All knew the King County Court and Judges would never call them to account and indeed would protect the injustice. One official office of Washington State bragged that most of the individuals that worked there ware x-cops – guess how that early hate crime complaint ended.
Behaving like brute beasts every injustice, twisting of law and procedure were applied because they did not want to understand. Such has been the case against true Christians for generations, But these men blaspheme in matters they do not understand. They are like brute beasts, creatures of instinct, born only to be caught and destroyed, and like beasts, they too will perish. (2 Peter 2:12) unless such repent.
This is why a cornerstone of this prosecution was Enumclaw Detective Grant McCall’s stupid assertion that he, Enumclaw Police, only agreed with 30% of Timothy Williams’s doctrines that were according to Detective McCall’s version of the Bible.
10ft And Screaming
• Remember The State is Suppose to Prove It
Had the State of Washington simply went to the house, had a 10-year-old scream at “the top of her lungs” while they stood where others were sleeping not 20 ft from the screaming room, let alone downstairs in the house, this nonsense of injustice would have come to a screeching halt. Indeed, the first set of brothers and sisters of the False Accuser are a mere 6 feet from the False Accusers sleeping area.
All the other facts would have proven the hate crime and there is no way Prosecution Mark Larson was going to let that evidence surface.

However, evidence, facts, and even sound logic had nothing to do with Enumclaw Detective Grant McCall’s work, nor King County Prosecutors fulfilling their “feelings” when it comes to sworn duties. All knew they would be protected by a legal system the nation all are aware of that serves only itself. Judge Lori K. Smith complying and arranging the lynch-prosecution for the State of Washington. Let none forget Washington State is the breeding ground of the worst witch-hunt prosecution in the United States, the Wenatchee child abuse terror prosecutions, sinking even lower than the Salem Witch-hunt trials.
When I contacted King County Prosecutor Rich Anderson he quickly mocked, that the Wenatchee child abuse terror prosecutions were like, “Yea, it is a terrible thing.”
As is evidenced in this site King County Prosecutors operate on feelings and news for their prosecutions, this being their own words. Simply put, there is a reason King County Prosecutors were terrified of an investigation concerning the facts. For if the facts had been front and center in the courtroom they would be found guilty of vile injustices.

Mark Larson Protected Athena Dean Holtz
Prosecutor Mark Larson then put Athena Dean Holtz on his protected witness list to enable her hate-crime activities to fall under his control.
Prosecutor Mark Larson then communicated for Athena Dean Holtz to leave the state of Washington until the trial was over.
At the end of the trial, Ms. Holtz returned to Washington State and proceeded to destroy, Winepress Publishing, Salt Shaker Christian Bookstore and Sound Doctrine Church, leaving no one left in her path of destruction.
Prosecutor Lisa Johnson Was “Happy”
Difficult as it is to believe, so true is this destruction that Dan Satterberg’s Office was happy that Carla Williams developed a brain tumor and would not be able to testify on behalf of the truth.
Carla Williams died shortly after the trial ended.
