Green River Gorge Resort Is Earning Its Spot on Washington Travel Reels

An Instagram creator is calling Green River Gorge Resort a must-visit Washington destination, pointing to its waterfalls, forest trails, and relative quiet just outside Enumclaw.

ENUMCLAW, WA—Green River Gorge Resort is showing up on out-of-town travel feeds again, this time through an Instagram Reel that frames the property as an easy escape hiding in plain sight near Seattle. Creator @tsaruk_katrinka described the gorge as a place where waterfalls, forests, and hidden trails combine into something that feels genuinely removed from the city—despite sitting about 30 minutes from it.

The reel encouraged followers to add it to their Washington bucket lists. For locals who’ve watched visitors discover the gorge on a roughly annual basis, this is familiar territory.

The place hasn’t changed much. The algorithm, apparently, keeps finding it anyway.
