Local Life

Wilkeson's brick ovens fed a Tacoma smelter. The smelter's stack came down in 1993. The ovens are still here.

Local Life

Two gunmen robbed the State Bank of Buckley in 1925 and died in the street. An earlier Buckley bank had reportedly been emptied by its own officers.
